Unfortunately, these burgers do not photograph well at all. Believe me though, they were awesome. Kind of like a little meatloaf on a bun. The pickles in the burger added a unique flavor and although they were not terribly easy to grill outside, they turned out incredibly and I will definitely be making these again.
The recipe came from my latest issue of the Weight Watcher’s Magazine and I don’t have it handy to include here right now, but the idea is to add ground beef, bread crumbs, cheddar cubes and chopped dill pickles together and then form into patties and cook until done.
