Boneless BBQ Pork Ribs

More BBQ. . . As the weather warms up, I am much more inclined to go out to the grill and cook dinner.  I much prefer grilling to any other form of cooking because it leaves fewer dishes to clean and less of a mess in the kitchen.  These ribs were kind of a spur of the moment thing and I didn’t use any kind of recipe.  I started with boneless country pork ribs and rubbed them with some McCormick’s Pork Rub then threw them on the grill.  Every so often, I turned them and basted them with KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce until they were done.  I cooked the baked potatoes and the corn on the cob on the grill as well.  It was a great meal.
