Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken

So, this doesn’t look like the most appetizing meal in the world, but really, it tasted really great.  It was the easiest thing in the world to put together and I was impressed that it worked as well on a high temperature for a shorter period of time as it would have if it had cooked low and slow.  I cooked it on high for 3 hours and 15 minutes and it worked wonderfully.  If you’re looking for something simple for a weeknight, this is totally it and it’s not very high in calories.  I served it over cooked wide egg noodles, but I think it would be wonderful if I added the uncooked noodles to the crock pot and let them cook with the chicken.  Yummy!
