Ham & Cheese Calzone

I didn’t get great pictures of these, but they were really good.  Josh liked them better than the normal "pizza-style" calzones I’ve made before.

To make the ham and cheese version, I used canned (in the dairy section) pizza dough and divided it into 6 pieces, then rolled those pieces out into larger squares.

For the cheese base, I used laughing cow cheese and spread it on each square.  The sauce was light mayonnaise and the ham was just diced deli ham from the fridge.   I topped the ham with some reduced fat cheddar cheese and then sealed the calzones and baked them according to the directions from the pizza dough.
