You’ll notice from the picture that I modified this recipe a bit. I added pizza sauce, which is just tomatoes and spices and instead of the ham, I used one small pouch of turkey pepperoni (probably 1 1/2 oz total weight). Josh said it was like eating lasagna pizza because of the ricotta. It was good and we’ll definitely be having it again.
Three Cheesy Pizza 4 servings – 7 WW Points each
Ingredients 3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 1 (10 oz) pre-baked pizza crust 4 oz fat-free sliced ham, coarsely chopped 3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread the ricotta evenly over the pizza crust. Top with the ham, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Place the pizza on an un-greased baking sheet and bake until the cruse is crisp and the cheese has melted, 8-10 minutes.
